WELCOME TO THE CLUBHOUSE

Here’s a few tips for you as you prepare for your child’s first stay.

RESERVATIONS

Reservation requests can be made up to 7 days in advance for Monthly Members & Nursery Guests, and up to one day advance for BASIC Pay-As-You-Go customers. All reservation requests need to be placed through our website, and your reservation is not secured until you receive a confirmation email from us.

Some important times to note when making your reservation:

Meal Times: Breakfast @ 8:00am, Lunch @ 12:00pm, Dinner @ 5:45pm (see our FAQ on Meal Times)

Quiet Times: 12:45pm-2:30pm & 8:30pm-10:00pm (see our FAQ on Quiet Times)

Reservations will be held for up to 30 minutes after your scheduled drop-off time. If you are running behind please give us a call or email us at play@clubhouseplaycare.com to make sure we hold onto your spot (if you call us, don’t be afraid to leave us a message!)

In an effort to accommodate as many reservation requests as possible, please be as accurate as possible with your drop-off and pick-up times when making reservations. Same day cancellations and reservation no-shows will be subject to a $5 fee per child.



DROP-OFF

STEP 1. FILL OUT A CHECK-IN LOG - At drop-off, you will need to grab one check-in log per child and fill out the required starred sections. The logs are color coded based on the child’s needs:

These log sheets are an important tool that we use while your child is in our care. Please allow for the time needed to accurately and completely fill out one for each child to the best of your ability.

STEP 2. GATHER AND LABEL YOUR CHILD’S BELONGINGS -

Grab a bucket for your child’s belongings. Please ensure that ALL ITEMS that you leave with us are properly labeled with the their first name and initial of the last name. In addition, please make sure all belongings are noted on your check-in log.

  • Change of Clothes (required) - A change of clothes in a labeled Ziplock bag for ALL children (separate bags for each child please.)

  • Shoes (required) - In case we need to evacuate the facility, we need shoes for ALL walking children.

  • Diapers & Wipes (if needed) - Diapers/pull-ups, wipes, creams, powders, etc. in a labeled Ziplock bag.

  • Sippy Cup (optional) - For children under the age of 3, we encourage you to bring along a sippy cup with WATER ONLY. We ask that preschool and school-age children leave their water bottles and cups at home, as they have access to drinking water as needed in their classrooms.

  • Lunch Box (optional) - If you are bringing a meal for your child, please make sure it is in a lunch box with cool pack labeled with your child’s name (refrigerated space is not provided outside of the nursery.) Please note, that all meals brought into the center must be nut free (including nut based milk products). For children under the age of 4, please make sure that all food items are pre-prepared and pre-cut into non-choking sizes. Our staff will be happy to heat up any meal for 30 seconds in the microwave.

STEP 3. CLUBHOUSE SOCKS - Clubhouse socks are provided with registration and are required to be worn for children’s safety while at the center. Additional socks can be purchased for $2 a pair if needed.

STEP 4. CLOCK-IN YOUR CHILD - Bring your bucket and check-in log up to the reception counter and clock-in your child. Please wait for one of our staff members to complete your check-in. They will give your child a name tag and escort them to their classroom with their gear. To ensure the safety of all children in our care, parents will not be permitted past the secured entry door at the time of drop-off.


PICK-UP

CLOCK-OUT YOUR CHILD - Clock-out your child at the reception counter kiosk. Please have a photo ID ready to display if needed at every pick-up. Please wait for one of our staff members to verify your successful clock-out and collect payment if needed.

For your child’s safety and the safety of the group, a Clubhouse employee is REQUIRED to escort your child to the lobby at the time of pick-up. It is with this in mind that we ask for parents/authorized pickup persons to refrain from encouraging children to come toward the exit before our staff is able to properly escort them out.
