On our first visit, my 1 and a half year old was overly tired and I left him there with little instruction and without his sleep essentials, like his little cuddle ducky. They (especially Stephanie) went above and beyond to help my little guy get to sleep. He has been there several times since our first visit and he absolutely loves it. I can leave him without him crying and I know they will do anything within their power to make sure he is having a good time and getting what he needs.
