ONBOARDING CALL
Once you submit your registration online, you will be prompted to schedule your Onboarding Call to activate your account. On this call we will:
1. REVIEW YOUR REGISTRATION & DOCUMENTS
We will confirm the information submitted in your registration, including your account holder contact information, emergency contacts and authorized pickups. In addition, we will review any required documents that you submitted, including your child’s immunizations, physician’s statement of health, and emergency action plan (if applicable).
2. GET TO KNOW YOUR CHILDREN
We will take the time to discuss each of your children with you. We will review any medical needs, allergies or food intolerances. It’s also a great time to discuss anything you think is important for us to know about your child so that we can make their first stay with us a positive one!
3. DISCUSS RATES & FEES
On this call we will review our fees and discuss what rates your children are eligible for. Our rate information can be found here
4. PREPARE YOU FOR YOUR CHILD’S FIRST STAY
Time to plan your child’s first stay! We will walk you through our reservation policies along with how to make a reservation online. We will make sure you know what to bring and what to expect at drop-off and pickup.
